Sculpt
This is a high-energy class that mixes power yoga, cardio and strength training with a focus on building muscle strength and endurance. Each class is 60 minutes, held in a 90-95 degree heated room. This class uses dumbbells, Bala bangles, bands and blocks to get your heart rate pumping. We guarantee you’ll be coming back for more.

Sweat
This is a high intensity power vinyasa class that flows primarily breath to movement, heated to promote a detoxifying sweat and help you connect inward. Each class will include core strengthening and/or a peak posture to allow additional playtime on the mat. you can expect to leave feeling sweaty, challenged and empowered.

Sculpt+
This is a 60 minute, high intensity class with a focus on building muscle strength and endurance. This class is a circuit training class, with four HIIT style circuits designed to get your heart rate up while isolating muscle groups to strengthen your body. It calls for heavy weights, with a focus on quality reps over quantity.

Stretch
Stretch is a moderate class with a focus on stretching and breath, with a goal to create deep relaxation and stress reduction. The class consists primarily of slower, focused flowing, with an emphasis on posture and deepening holds. Note that this class is not heated.
