  • Sculpt

    This is a high-energy class that mixes power yoga, cardio and strength training with a focus on building muscle strength and endurance. Each class will be 60 minutes, held in an 87-92 degree heated room. This class uses hand weights and Bala bangles, and cardio bursts to get your heart rate pumping. We guarantee you’ll be coming back for more.

  • Sweat

    This is a high intensity power vinyasa class that flows primarily breath to movement, heated to promote a detoxifying sweat. students will have time to flow on their own throughout class as a way to grow their individual practice. Each class will include core strengthening and/or a peak posture to allow additional playtime on the mat. you can expect to leave feeling sweaty, challenged and empowered.

  • Sculpt+

    Similar to our signature sculpt, this is a 60 minute, high intensity class with a focus on building muscle strength and cardio endurance. We replace the yoga flow portion of sculpt with more high intensity work designed to get your heart rate up while isolating muscle groups to strengthen your body. perfect for those types of days.

  • Stretch

    Stretch is a moderately warmed class with a focus on stretching and breath, with a goal to create deep relaxation and stress reduction. The class consists primarily of slower, focused flowing, with an emphasis on posture and deepening holds. Each class will include core strengthening and will end with a deeper hold series.
