Join us for our Sculpt Teacher Training this winter! You’ll learn the Soleil Sculpt method - how to teach a strong, motivating, and safe Sculpt class combining yoga + weights with a playlist that takes your class to the next level.

Training Overview


Becoming a certified Sculpt instructor can truly change your life. Teacher training creates so many opportunities for you, whether you plan to pursue teaching, or simply want to deepen your practice. Going through our training will allow you to discover what your body and mind are capable of - which is far beyond what you think. It’s a chance to grow and evolve into a stronger, better version of yourself alongside others with the same goals.

The Sculpt Teacher Training will be led by Soleil founder and master instructor, Claire Knudsen, and the Soleil Studio team.

The training will run from January 12 - February 7, and students will meet in-person on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays. Monday and Wednesday sessions will be 2.5, from 6:30 - 9:00 PM. Saturday sessions will run from 11 AM - 3 PM. Each session will include a 30 minute break. Students will be required to attend every session. Outside of the in-person sessions, students will be required to complete 12 classes throughout their training, and complete 5 hours of journaling work.

The training is $1,800.  This is an industry average and can be broken up into a payment plan on a case by case basis. 75% must be paid by January 1 and in full by January 12. There will be a $600 required deposit to secure your spot that is refundable within that same week (deposit goes toward your total payment). You also get a free unlimited membership throughout training.

Upon completion of the program, you will receive a 50-hour Sculpt Teacher Training certificate from Soleil Studio. After graduation, those who are proficient and interested in teaching at Soleil Studio will have the opportunity for continued teaching practice and ultimately an audition to teach.

FAQs

  • Sculpt Teacher Training is a 50 hour program. Students are required to attend all in-person sesions as well as 12 classes throughout the training. Additionally, you will be required to complete 5 hours of journaling work.

  • No. Since this training is condensed and runs over just three weeks, we ask that all students fully commit and attend all sessions. That said, we know that life happens. If something comes up unexpectedly or you get sick, we will work with you to make it up.

  • Yes, all students will receive a free unlimited membership during the training duration so they can complete their 12 classes, and fully immerse themselves into the program.

  • The training is $1,200. There is a 10% discount for students with an active unlimited membership at sign-up.

  • Yes. While we require a $400 deposit at the time of sign-up, we are willing to provide a monthly payment plan. Please reach out to claire@sweatsoleil.com to discuss more details.

  • THREE (3) DAY CANCELLATION

    An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days after enrollment is entitled to a full refund of all money paid. The refund will be delivered within thirty (30) days of receiving the cancellation notice.

    CANCELLATIONS AFTER THREE (3) DAYS, BUT BEFORE PROGRAM START DATE

    An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation of the program more than three days business days after enrollment but before the programs begins is entitled to a refund of all money paid less than the $400 deposit.

    CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF TRAINING

    For an applicant requesting cancellation within the first week of training, the student will receive all money paid aside from the $400 deposit.

    REFUND POLICY

    A student completing more than 50% of the course (after Week 1) is not entitled to a refund of any tuition. Exceptional cases in case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund.

  • Not at all! While you’ll learn our teaching methodology and how to be an instructor, that is just a small piece of Sculpt Teacher Training. In our program, you will also study the practice of yoga itself, strength training, sequencing, how to curate a killer playlist, and more. Most importantly, you will also learn more about yourself, your passions and your purpose in life.
